FTI 2025

Logan is a recent graduate of Lewis & Clark College and current temporary Educational Technologist. They studied International Affairs, Gender Studies, and German graduated summa cum laude with a thesis on why climate change fighting social movements end up failing in countries where they should succeed, with an extensive look at the case of Fridays for Future in Germany. Their other research has involved evaluating democratic backsliding, investigating the role of gender in international affairs, and furthering gender-inclusive teaching of the German Language. Logan also served as a co-chair of Lewis & Clark's 44th Annual Gender Studies Symposium, a three day event which attracts presenters and audiences from around the country to discuss and further the field of Gender Studies. Outside of school and work, they love patisserie baking, especially the technicals and show stoppers from the Great British Bake Off. Logan is currently a semi-finalist for a Fulbright English Teaching Assistantship grant to Germany and a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
